Height 11.7 cm; diameter 6.5 cm., A cylindrical vase with a flared neck and foot sits against a plain light gray background; the vase body has a reddish-brown marbled surface on the neck and foot and a central band decorated with a painted scene featuring a group of figures wearing patterned garments on a wooden veranda, surrounding foliage and hanging vines, and plants growing below the veranda. The decorative band is bordered by narrow gilded bands with geometric patterns. Visible colors include reddish-brown, gold, cream, pale green, muted purple, black, and touches of pink and beige.
