A band of repeating scallop or scale shapes in turquoise and black separates the neck from the rounded shoulder, which features ornate bird and botanical designs in green, gold, white, and blue on the reddish-brown ground. The lower body displays panels with bright sky-blue backgrounds containing floral sprays and a butterfly motif, bordered by geometric and floral bands in turquoise, red, white, and gold. The rim and base have darker bronze or brown tones, and overall the visible colors include reddish-brown, turquoise, blue, green, gold, white, black, and hints of yellow.
