Bottle, Abdullazad Mirza Baba fl. ante 1939, Islamic art, Persian, Qajar dynasty 1785–1925; glazed ceramic bottle with fragments, diagonally knobbed foot edge; decoration in bronze lines and stylized feathery twigs; 19th century, Iran; vessel; height 19.0 cm, width 12.0 cm, A globular ceramic object with a flared base and a narrow neck, shown against a pale gray background; the piece is predominantly off-white with dark brown linear and leafy painted patterns arranged in vertical panels, and there are visible areas of light tan where the ceramic is exposed at the rim and a small chip on the base; the base has a scalloped edge and the object casts a soft reflection on the surface beneath it.
