Platter on stand, blue-and-white porcelain, Qing dynasty, Yongzheng period 1723–1735. The platter on a low foot with a wide rim sits on a carved wooden stand. Decorated with plant tendrils with bats and Buddhist emblems. In the center of the mirror is a rosette filled with an archaized swastika ornament. On the outer wall there are bats among the clouds. Vessel, height 21 cm, diameter 45.5 cm. Chinese, ceramics, Yongzheng style., A shallow round ceramic bowl with blue decorative patterns on a white background sits on an ornate wooden stand; the bowl shows flowing floral and cloud-like motifs in blue, with a thin pale rim, and the stand is carved with curved legs in a warm brown wood tone, all set against a solid dark gray background and resting on a dark surface.
