Bowl, Chinese, Qing dynasty 1644–1911, ceramics; blue-and-white porcelain with rice-pattern ornament, geometric and plant borders, floral decorations and lotus motif in the central mirror within a double circle. Bowl on a low ring foot. 18th–19th century, China. Height 5.3 cm; diameter 10.3 cm., A round ceramic bowl viewed from above with a glossy white interior and blue painted decoration; the rim has a band of darker blue patterning, the interior sides show a few pale green brush marks, and the center contains a blue circular border enclosing a stylized blue plant-like motif.
