Teapot, Persian, Qajar dynasty 1785–1925. Silver teapot vessel with geometric motifs, used as a tea/coffee kettle. 19th–20th century, Iran. Weight: 580 g; height: 24 cm; width: 21.5 cm; diameter: 12.5 cm., The image shows a single ornate object centered against a plain light gray background; the object appears to be a tall, symmetrical vessel with a pointed finial at the top, a rounded bulbous midsection, a narrowing waist, and a flared base. The surface is covered in repeating decorative patterns and bands of carved or embossed motifs, including leaf-like shapes and geometric borders, and there is a prominent vertical handle running from near the top to the base. The visible colors are shades of silver and gray with subtle tonal variations where shadows and highlights accentuate the raised decorative details.
