Below the deity, an offering of the five senses is shown. 19th century, Tibet, scroll thangka; height 16.5 cm, width 12.5 cm., A densely detailed painted scene shows a central blue multi-eyed figure with white teeth and a crown of skulls riding a pale horse, surrounded by swirling dark clouds and stylized flames; the central figure holds an object and is flanked by a few smaller blue figures on horses or mythical beasts, as well as several red and green-skinned figures with animated expressions. The upper area contains a pale seated figure within a circular halo above clouds and two additional riding figures on either side, one red and one yellow, each on different colored mounts. The lower portion depicts mountainous green peaks and a pale hanging figure at the center, with more blue figures and pale horses among curling dark smoke and waves. The palette includes prominent blue, red, green, yellow, white, black, brown, and beige, with a red border framing the image.
