The central figure wears flowing robes with layered collars and decorative patterns suggested by fine black ink lines; the attendants also wear robes and stand on either side at the lower edges of the image. A vertical bordered panel appears behind the central figure and decorative vertical bands run along the left and right edges. The composition is rendered in black ink on a beige paper sheet with a muted gray background visible around the paper edges.
