Print on thin handmade paper, clear translucency. 19th century, Tibet. Graphic. Width 25.5 cm, height 7.8 cm., A worn rectangular sheet with a textured surface displaying two framed rectangular blocks filled with dense dark markings that resemble script; the sheet is mostly tan and beige with areas of darker discoloration and smudging, and the script appears in dark brown to black ink. The frames around the blocks are drawn in dark ink and show uneven, slightly faded lines. The top block sits above a horizontal fold or seam, and the lower block occupies the bottom half of the sheet with a narrow vertical margin at its left edge containing shorter markings. The paper edges are irregular and slightly torn or frayed, especially at the corners, and there are faint creases and spots across the surface. The background outside the sheet is a deep dark brown to black color, providing contrast to the lighter beige and tan tones of the paper.
