Bronze helmet, 4th–3rd century BC, Italy, armament; height 27 cm without cheek guards, width 19.8 cm, depth 24 cm, weight 0.738 kg without cheek guards., Two curved metal plates with irregular rounded shapes lie side by side against a neutral light gray background, each showing a patina of dark brown and green with areas of bluish-green corrosion. The left plate has a raised rim and a few small darker spots and streaks across its surface, along with a small circular hole near its lower edge, while the right plate mirrors the shape with similar raised edges, scattered darker patches, and a small hole near its lower outer edge; both pieces have a slightly rough, mottled texture and a thin raised strip near their top edges.
