Caption
Ushabti figurine, very schematically designed. Distinct narrow beard, tools in crossed hands. Flat back, base under feet. Third Intermediate Period, Egypt; ushabti. Height 10 cm, width 2.5 cm, depth 1.6 cm., A small elongated figurine stands upright against a plain light gray background, with a tapered, shrouded form and a rounded head. The surface is rough and weathered with areas of pitting and encrustation. The object is predominantly green with mottled tones of turquoise and darker green, and scattered patches of brown and tan earth residue. The shape suggests folded arms across the chest and subtle raised features on the head and torso, with a slightly wider base that appears worn. The overall appearance is matte and textured with irregular coloration.
