Fragment of a terra sigillata plate. Fragment of the rim of a deep plate with a flat, wide rim and a frieze with predatory animals. On the preserved fragment, facing right: a lioness on the right, with short fur marked with circles and a panther with longer fur jumping. Orange clay, red glaze. The dimensions of the entire plate can be reconstructed as approx. 43.9 cm in diameter, 7.6 cm in height. Late 3rd–4th century, Tunisia. Plate; fragment width 13.4 cm, length 22.1 cm., A fragment of a curved terracotta object with a smooth surface in shades of orange and reddish-orange, showing areas of lighter orange wear and small patches of white residue; the edges are irregular and chipped with some exposed lighter clay, and the piece rests against a pale gray background with soft shadows.
