Preservation condition: missing polychrome and base. 4th century BC, Tanagra Greece, figurine, height 16.5 cm, width 6.5 cm, depth 4 cm., A worn small statue of a standing figure shown from the back against a plain gray background, with a rounded head and a short neck, shoulders draped in a garment that falls into a long pleated skirt; the surface shows patches of pale beige clay and areas of white residue or paint, with some darker tan and pinkish tones on the head, and the figure's left arm bent and resting at the side while the right arm is drawn across the chest.
