Terracotta figurine of Heracles. Figurine of a standing naked Heracles in a contrapposto pose; cloak thrown over his back. His right hand rests on a rock, and in his left he probably holds a club. Terracotta, made from a mold. Figurines of nude men; Heracles Greek mythology. Condition of preservation: good. 2nd–1st century BC. Asia Minor. Height 14.3 cm., A weathered stone sculpture of a standing human figure on a rectangular base, showing a simplified torso, limbs, and head with softened facial features, drapery or cloak hanging behind and to the sides, and a rough, pitted surface texture; visible colors include beige, light brown, pale pink, and hints of gray.
