Vessel, lekythos; height 10.9 cm, diameter 5.4 cm., A small ceramic vessel with a narrow neck, flared rim, and a curved handle attached between the neck and shoulder; the body is rounded and rests on a slightly raised base. The surface shows worn and chipped areas with a glossy black finish over most of the vessel and a band of natural clay color around the shoulder that includes a few abstract painted shapes in black. Visible wear reveals lighter underlying clay at edges and chips. The handle and rim show scuffed spots and the overall background is a uniform gray.
