Aucissa-type fibula, Rome Empire, gift, brooch from the Black Sea region, AVCISSA-type fibula. Complete, with a flat ring decorated with an elongated roller. Earth-brown patina. Half of the thin roller, with a hole for attaching a needle, is broken off. End of the 1st century BC–1st century. Unknown place of origin Black Sea region. Fibula; height 3.2 cm, width 5 cm, depth 1.4 cm, weight 6 g., A small, irregular metal fragment sits centered on a flat, uniform gray background, showing a vertical, slightly curved ridge with worn, pitted surfaces and rough edges; the object displays dark gray and brown tones with hints of lighter metallic sheen and some subtle darker spots and textured patches.
