Pear-shaped vial, unknown Eastern workshop. The body is a slightly elongated sphere with a flattened bottom. The neck is long, exceeding the height of the body, cylindrical, ending with an outwardly curled horizontal rim. The surface on both sides of the joint between the body and the neck is decorated with a thin, grooved, spiral line. 1st–2nd century, Roman Empire 27 BC–476. Vessel; height 17.5 cm, width 8.5 cm., A glass bottle with a rounded base and a long narrow neck, showing an aged surface with patches of worn finish in pale gray, beige, light brown, muted green, and hints of blue; the glass has a slightly cloudy, weathered appearance with irregular speckling and peeling areas, and the rim is flared and thicker than the neck.
