Pear-shaped vial, unknown Eastern workshop. The body is a slightly elongated sphere with a flattened bottom. The neck is long, exceeding the height of the body, cylindrical, ending with an outwardly curled horizontal rim. The surface on both sides of the joint between the body and the neck is decorated with a thin, grooved spiral line. 1st–2nd century, Roman Empire 27 BC–476. Vessel; height 17.5 cm, width 8.5 cm., A glass vessel with a rounded body and a long cylindrical neck topped by a flared rim, mostly translucent with weathered, cloudy surface textures and a mottled appearance in shades of pale green, gray, and muted blue, with areas of off-white and beige staining and faint iridescent sheen.
