Amulet, plaster/ceramic tile. Late Period–Ptolemaic period, 7th–1st century BC, Egypt. Height 2.7 cm; width 1.3 cm., An irregularly shaped object with a rough, pitted surface in shades of tan, brown, and green is shown against a neutral gray background; the form has a wider top that tapers slightly and then bulges into rounded protrusions along the sides, with a pair of raised rounded bumps near the upper middle and another rounded protrusion lower down, and the surface shows grainy texture, erosion, and patches where the tan and brown mix with muted green.
