Bottle; eastern workshop, 3rd–4th century AD. Transparent bluish-green glass, free-blown, with a short cylindrical neck and a funnel-shaped rim. Two applied glass threads of the same color form a ring under the rim. Outer rim diameter 5.20 cm; height 15 cm; belly diameter 5.30 cm; bottom diameter 1.65 cm; weight 0.066 kg., A tall narrow glass vessel with a single curved handle attached from the neck to the shoulder, showing a weathered surface with patches of encrustation and rough textured areas; the glass is mostly a pale aqua to light blue-green with areas of cloudy white and pale beige deposits, and there are rusty brown and tan discolorations scattered across the body and neck; the rim flares outward and appears thicker and slightly irregular, and the handle has streaks of muted brown and green with some flaky buildup; the base is rounded with a darker teal hint and shows worn and roughened areas.
