Oinochoe. Transparent, light green glass. Spherical belly on a foot with a clearance, created by pressing inward the central part of the bottom of the vessel; decoration on the cylindrical neck in the form of a single glass thread of the same color, wound horizontally. The vice is glued to the arms and extends in an arc to the edge of the trefoil rim; free-blown. 4th century, Cyprus; vessel oinochoe. Base diameter 4.8 cm; weight 0.062 kg., A translucent glass pitcher with a rounded body and a flared, undulating rim sits against a neutral background; the glass shows a pale green tint with areas of clearer and slightly darker green, a curved handle in a deeper green attached from the rim to the shoulder, a decorative ring around the neck, a short cylindrical neck leading to the wavy spout, and a circular foot at the base, with visible surface blemishes and irregularities in the glass.
