The vessel is predominantly blue with areas of darker blue and some lighter blue patches. There are several mottled and cloudy dark spots and stains across the surface, along with a few small areas where the color appears worn or discolored to a tan or beige. The glass surface shows texture with tiny pits and irregularities and a few faint scratches. The overall shape is bulbous at the base tapering to a slim neck with a slightly uneven rim. The bottom edge sits on a reflective surface that produces a pale blue reflection.
