The vessel has a pair of horizontal handles integrated into the painted design, with ornamental scroll and palmette motifs above and below the handles in orange-red against the black background. A band of geometric meander decoration in orange-red encircles the vessel near its midsection. The lower body and base are mostly black with small orange-red accents on the foot and rim edges, and there are visible scratches and areas of wear revealing lighter underlying clay tones. The overall color palette includes black, orange-red, and lighter clay hues.
