Amulet - udjat eye;, udjat eyes; mummies; grave goods; Egyptian religion; ca. 747–656 BC; Third Intermediate Period, 25th Dynasty, Egypt; amulet; height 6.5 cm, width 7.9 cm., A ceramic or metal object shaped like a stylized eye with a rounded lower lobe and an extended upper hood, rendered in shades of turquoise and green with areas of darker green and pale blue, a textured dark brown to black area forming the central pupil, a dark brown to black rim along the top edge, and small patches of light brown or tan scattered on the surface; the object shows a pitted, weathered texture and subtle raised lines defining the eyelid and lower teardrop element, all set against a plain light gray background.
