Ushabti Psamtyk-seneb, wigs, funerary figurines, hieroglyphs, beards facial hair, Psamtyk-seneb ca. 747–332 BC, back pillars, grave goods, mummy-shaped figurine standing on a base, back supported by a pillar/pilaster. Arms crossed on the chest, the right folded over the left. In the right hand is a long-bladed hoe, in the left a pickaxe. The handles of both hoes are rolled up at the ends. On the back is a bag, slung over the left shoulder on a single string. On the head is a three-part, smooth wig. The beard is long, tapering toward the bottom, and braided. Engraved inscription in one column on a pilaster reading Osiris Psammetik-seneb born of Jerou justified by the voice. 664–332 BC; Late Period, Egypt; shabti; height 12.5 cm, width 3 cm., A standing figurine seen in profile against a plain gray background, the figure has a long, narrow form with a headdress and arms folded across the chest, the surface shows a patina with shades of green and turquoise, along with areas of brown and beige aging, the base and lower foot area display darker green and brown tones, and the head and upper torso show lighter beige and pale green hues.
