Amulet in the shape of a heart ib, made of blue glass decorated with parallel lines forming a zigzag on the front and back in navy blue and white. The amulet is vertically pierced, the hole framed at the top with a blue ring, with residual handles on the sides. c. 1550–1295 BC; New Kingdom, 18th Dynasty, Egypt. Amulet heart/ib, height 1.9 cm, width 1.9 cm., A small object with a shield-like shape centered on a plain light gray background, showing layered curved bands in bright turquoise, deep black, and white that form a chevron pattern, with a rounded turquoise top section; the surface shows tiny spots of brown discoloration and subtle texture variations, and the overall colors visible are turquoise, black, white, brown, and light gray.
