Standing, shown up to the hips, turned three-quarters to the left, looking at the viewer grey eyes; right hand resting on the tabletop, left hand on the hilt of a karabela at his waist. Depicted as a portly, ca. 50-year-old nobleman, almost bald, with dark eyebrows and a curled mustache. Wearing the uniform of the Kraków voivodeship: a white zupan and a dark red kontusz with a deep late-18th-century neckline trimmed with shiny silver ribbon, girded with a patterned sash of alternating brown and silver floral motifs. Smooth brownish background, slightly lighter around the face. At the top right is the Nowina Konopka coat of arms with rich matte borders; the field appears dark green, almost black originally should be blue.
