Obverse: multi-field coat of arms of the Warsaw Governorate 1845–1866 with the inscription on the sash GWARSZAWSKA. Reverse: strongly faded company name. Date: 1845–1866. Place of origin: Warsaw, Poland., A round metallic medallion with a worn surface set against a plain light gray background; the medallion shows a bordered shield divided into sections with small raised decorative figures and a ribbon-like banner arcing above it; visible colors include gold, brass, bronze, brown, and grayish tones across the metal with darker brown in the recessed areas.
