From the front, a barefoot woman sitting under a tree, her blouse unbuttoned, revealing her breasts; head turned to the right, she supports with her right hand a small child, dressed in a short T-shirt, running towards her from the left—interpreted as an allegorical representation of Maternitas motherhood. Painted with some freedom. Late 18th century, Prószków Slaski faience factory; 1763–1853, Province of Silesia 1742–1918, Silesia. Vessel. Height 24.0 cm; width 15.0 cm; depth 10.5 cm., A ceramic tankard with a hinged metal lid and thumb lever, shown in profile against a neutral background; the body is off-white with a glossy surface and small scattered imperfections, featuring a small floral painted motif in blue and green on its side and a hint of another motif at the edge, a curved off-white handle attached to the side, and metal bands at the base and around the top with a rounded metal finial on the lid; visible colors include off-white, blue, green, gray, and metallic tones.
