Round, bowl-shaped platter with a 16-petal edge and a 16-part lambrequin ornament trail symmetrically placed around the collar. On a wide cobalt-blue band around the edge are 8 brick-red peony flower motifs, each underpinned by a gold loop on the strap with a brick-red zigzag motif; alternating with the peony motifs are eight reserved disc-shaped fields at the edge with alternating brick-red plant arabesque motifs or cobalt–brick stylized floral-leaf motifs. In the lower part of the collar is a pattern of four flowered shoots with small flowers. A 16-petal mirror, bordered with a cobalt pattern with gilding, contains an inscribed motif of a bouquet in a cobalt vase flanked by two fences.
