Subject and features: coats of arms, coat of arms of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and Saxony, imperial eagle with crown on chest bearing the coat of arms. Function/type: court fanfare Naturtrompete belonging to the fanfare complex of the office of the main marshal of the court Oberhofmarschallamt. Inscription engraved above the decoration on the edge: AUGUSTUS III rex Pol. El. Sax. et SRI Vicarius — above the coat of arms the date Ao 1745 and the number No. 11. No builder's signature, no goldsmith's mark. Note: reported as part of a set of six instruments made by Riedel and goldsmith Heinrich Christian Ingelman, dated 1745. Date: 1745. Place: Saxony.
