Maker: Wedgwood, Josiah 1730–1795., A dark vase with a wide neck and two handles features raised white relief figures and foliage around its lower body; the relief shows a reclining figure, a few standing figures with draped cloths, and a winged cherub among stylized trees and leaves. The vase is primarily black with white decorative elements, set against a neutral gray background.
