Armchair, veneered with mahogany, with a trapezoidal upholstered seat removable cushion and a balloon-shaped openwork backrest fastened in the middle with a decorative crossbar with a wavy outline. The front legs are turned and profiled; the rear legs are angular and arched backwards. The armrests are S-shaped with volute ends, supported by S-shaped supports. The finial features carved acanthus leaves; the centre of the backrest crossbar and the volutes of the armrests and their supports feature decorative, profiled knobs. Styles: Louis Philippe, Biedermeier. Materials/ornament: plant decoration, knobs. Date: 1835–1845. Place of origin: Warsaw . Function: seating furniture.
