Porcelain vessel, height 2.5 cm, diameter 38 cm. Inventory no. 124297; war loss vase with lid., A round white ceramic plate with a wide rim and shallow well decorated with painted floral and bird motifs in colors including red, green, blue, purple, turquoise, and gold tones; the central scene shows a stylized tree or plant with a turquoise trunk and multicolored swirling foliage, accompanied by two bird-like creatures in red and blue perched and flying above, while the rim features several small floral sprays and decorative motifs in red, green, and blue spaced around the edge; the plate sits on a clear display stand against a dark gray background.
