Two-part salt cellar, Cmielów faience and porcelain factory; 1804-, — Two-part salt cellar on an S-shaped structure forming a handle at the top; two precisely fluted auricular shells set on both sides. Figure-eight-shaped base is profiled. Whole covered with a blue print with a wallpaper pattern made of fine rocaille, fields punched with stripes, circles, or a grid with crosses. Mid-19th century. 19th century, Poland. Cmielów, faience/porcelain vessel. Height 9.5 cm; width 17.5 cm; depth 7.3 cm., A double-sided ceramic dish with a scalloped rim decorated in intricate blue floral and scroll patterns on a white background, showing a central handle connecting the two bowl-shaped ends; the visible colors are white, blue, and small areas of light brown discoloration, set against a plain light gray backdrop.
