Round foot, slightly raised, trace of adhesive; baluster stem, solid, faceted, separated from the foot by two plates with a ring one with a flower, separated from the bowl by two plates of different diameter and a knob. Conical bowl, twice puffed out at the base, cut into rows of lenses. Engraved decoration over the entire bowl, biaxial: figure of a seated Saint Jerome holding a skull, a lion at his feet, in a room with bookcases and a side table; inscription in the bowl: THE LORD'S GIFT OF HIS LIFE / FROM WHICH HE MAKES / THE PRINCE OF SACRIFICES / MAY THE HOUR Strike for so many prosperous years / HOW MANY DROPS IN THE GOBLET / WHAT WINE IS IN THE WINE.
