A single-sided gingerbread mould with a wedding ceremony scene, figurative scenes, gingerbread moulds, weddings, male figures, female figures, volutes, folk-style decorations, plant motifs, gingerbread; single-sided rectangular mould with a wedding scene: in the centre a priest dressed in a chasuble with a wig, on his left a man and on his right a woman with their hands joined by the priest, both in richly decorated turn-of-17th/18th-century costumes and wigs β the man in a justaucorps, culottes and stockings, the woman in a long patterned dress with a low neckline; above the heads a decorative finial supported by two columns, the central part a round clock face showing the sun with a human face, with hands on the face, surrounded by an ornament of volutes and plant motifs and a rim with Roman numerals; 18thβ19th century, Province of Silesia 1742β1918; form dimensions: height 23 cm, width 15.5 cm, depth 4.5 cm., A rectangular wooden plank shown against a neutral gray background, with a worn, uneven surface and visible grain patterns; the wood displays several shades of brown ranging from deep brown to lighter, weathered brown, with areas of darker brown along the edges and lighter, almost tan streaks near the center; there are a few small round indentations and holes, several cracks and splits, and a circular knot-like raised area on the left-center; the plank surface has scratches, scuffs, and patches of smoother, polished wear, and the edges are slightly rounded and irregular.
