Double-sided rectangular form showing on one side a male figure with a moustache in a hussar uniform, wearing a fur-lined jacket, standing with legs slightly apart, leaning on a sabre held in his right hand, wearing a high shako topped with a two-headed eagle and tassel; plant ornament at the bottom. The other side shows a stylized elongated fish covered with scales, depicted in profile. Materials: applied art/gingerbread form. Style: folk motifs, decorative art, historical costume. Date: 18th–19th century. Place: Province of Silesia 1742–1918.
