Description: rectangular double-sided form; one side shows a long-haired male figure with a high hat in a bachelor’s costume from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries, wearing a justicorn and culottes with stockings, standing among decorative foliage; the other side depicts a large grape bunch. Date: 1796. Type/place: Province of Silesia 1742–1918. Object type: form. Dimensions: height 14.3 cm, width 7.2 cm, depth 2.7 cm., A narrow vertical wooden object with a weathered brown surface, showing carved grooves and scratches along its length and darker worn areas near the edges, topped by a small worn beige patch and a lighter rectangular strip adhered near the upper middle; there is a smudge of red paint near the lower portion and faint darker marks and scuffs elsewhere, all set against a uniform light gray background.
