One-sided gingerbread form with various representations, woodcarver or gingerbread maker; gingerbread; figurative motifs; folk-style decorations; cornucopia ornament; dates; decorative art; customs; holiday traditions; lamb symbol; zoomorphic motifs; Silesia Province of Silesia, 1742–1918; babies; souvenirs. One-sided rectangular form with ten small images: bird, cornucopia, lamb, baby in swaddling clothes, crayfish, fish, girl in a dress, another lamb, lion, sun. On one edge there is an engraved date 1810 with the letter S against an anchor mark of the maker. Dated 18th–19th century. Form. Height 20.6 cm, width 12 cm, depth 4 cm., A vertical rectangular wooden beam with a worn, brown surface is centered against a pale gray background; the wood shows grain, scratches, small holes, and areas of darker and lighter brown, with a few carved shallow circular and linear indentations along its length and slightly rounded ends.
