Double-sided gingerbread mould. Obverse: female figure in a long, patterned, richly decorated dress, wearing a hat decorated with an egretta. Reverse: male figure with a fur hat, dressed in a fur-lined coat over a shirt with decorative embroidery, holding a long pipe. Plant decoration at the bottom of both figures. Woodcarving, folk-style decorations; applied/decorative art; gingerbread moulds. 18th–19th century, Province of Silesia 1742–1918. Form: double-sided rectangular mould. Dimensions: height 19 cm, width 9 cm, depth 3.3 cm., A rectangular wooden panel carved in a brown wood tone shows a full-length figure of a person in relief, wearing a dress with patterned puffed sleeves and a fitted bodice, a hat with layered feather-like shapes, and a necklace; the figure's hands are clasped near the waist and a tassel-like detail hangs from them, and the carved skirt and lower section display repeated geometric and leaf-like motifs; the background surrounding the carving is plain wood with visible grain and a few hairline cracks, and the overall color palette includes shades of brown and a neutral gray background.
