Double-sided gingerbread mould. Obverse: decorative pipe with fluted decoration, letter A in an oval on the stem, and two decorative tassels at the mouthpiece. Reverse: nine stylized fish covered with scales arranged in a row. Folk-style decorative applied art gingerbread mould. 18th–19th century, Province of Silesia 1742–1918. Form rectangular; height 22.7 cm, width 11.5 cm, depth 3.5 cm., A rectangular wooden block with worn, rounded edges suspended against a smooth gray background, the wood showing a brown, weathered surface with visible grain patterns and a few lighter spots and darker smudges.
