Chasuble, unknown creator; liturgical vestment, 18th century, possibly France. Against a background of broken lines, wavy-winding sprigs of large flowers are arranged. Division into columns is emphasized by stitching of silver lace, supplemented in places with a different type. Remnants of decorative stitching of green glass beads and sequins. Lining made of thin green silk. Length 103 cm; width 68 cm back. Width of report 27.5 cm; height of report 36–38 cm. Repossession, An ornate garment displayed flat against a pale background, predominantly cream and green in color, with cream panels bordered by metallic trim and green side and interior panels; the cream fabric shows visible creases and a slightly glossy texture, and the green fabric appears matte with a softer sheen; decorative scalloped metallic trim runs along seams and edges, creating vertical and curved lines on the front, and there is a gathered neckline area at the top.
