Edges trimmed with gold braid with a geometric pattern. Internal divisions marked with strips embroidered with gold thread, imitating haberdashery. Cotton lining. Embroidery on linen canvas with multicolored silk and metal threads in two colors: silver silver plate woven on a white silk base and gold gold plate woven on a yellow silk base. Metal thread embroidery in a laid flat stitch; colored embroidery in split, flat, and knot stitches. E. Soszko; 18th century, Poland. Liturgical vestment. Length 105 cm, width 64 cm back., A textile vestment with a light beige background and ornate embroidered panels in muted gold, green, blue, pink, and cream tones, featuring floral and foliate motifs and a small bird motif near the top center; the piece has a V-shaped neckline, shoulder panels, and long thin ties on one side, with woven borders in gold and metallic thread and a rounded lower edge.
