Probably adapted into a chasuble from another object. Embroidery with colored silk thread using flat, satin stitches and smooth and slightly crimped gold thread. Gold and pastel colors: blue, green, yellow, red, pink. 17th/18th century, Poland. Liturgical vestment. Length 133.5 cm, width 72 cm., A sleeveless textile garment with a V-shaped neckline displayed flat on a pale background, covered in an all-over floral and foliate woven pattern; the fabric is primarily cream and beige with visible accents of green, yellow, blue, pink, and touches of brown, showing stylized flowers, leafy fronds, and curling vine motifs embroidered or woven throughout, with a scalloped decorative border along the lower edge and a symmetrical layout that tapers toward the shoulders.
