A so-called Saxon lace belt, lace belt accessory for men's clothing. The central part is a continuous belt with a geometric ornament; among the motifs is a circle containing an hourglass. The side belts of similar width are permanently connected. The entire belt is trimmed with fringe. 17th–18th century, Poland. Materials: lace; height 270 cm, width 25 cm., The image shows a close-up of a patterned textile or mesh with an intricate woven design in beige and gray tones; a few areas feature circular and diamond-shaped woven motifs connected by a network of looping threads, and a larger section displays a repeating net-like lattice; the background appears gray while the woven elements are beige, creating a contrast between the two colors.
