A so-called Saxon lace belt, lace belt/clothing accessory for men's clothing. The central part is a continuous belt with a geometric ornament; among the motifs is a circle containing an hourglass. Side belts of similar width are permanently connected. The entire belt is trimmed with fringe. 17th–18th century, Poland. Materials: lace. Dimensions: height 270 cm, width 25 cm., A detailed close-up of a fabric with an openwork, net-like pattern featuring a horizontal band of decorative motifs across the middle; the textile appears in shades of beige and light tan against a muted grayish background, with a repeating lattice of knotted loops above and below the central band and a row of various circular and oval embroidered shapes and textured fills within rectangular frames in the central area, all rendered in the same beige tones.
