Double-sided, rectangular form; on one side a group of three musicians in costumes typical of the 17th–18th centuries—hat, justacor, culottes and stockings—the first playing a double bass, the second a trumpet and the third a violin; floral and plant decoration at the bottom. Reverse: three stylized elongated fish covered with scales, shown in profile and arranged in a row.
