Rectangular wooden mould, double-sided. Edge engraved with the date 1808 with the letter S over an anchor mark of the woodcarver or gingerbread maker. Materials: wood; function: form for gingerbread. Dimensions: height 19.8 cm, width 7.3 cm, depth 4 cm. Origin: Silesia Province of Silesia, 1742–1918; folk/decorative art; motifs: female figure, flowers, fish, historical costume, zoomorphic. Maker: unknown woodcarver or gingerbread maker. Provenance: unknown., A rectangular wooden plank with a smooth worn surface and rounded corners, showing a few shallow scratches and scuff marks; the wood displays various shades of brown with areas of darker brown and subtle reddish-brown tones, plus hints of gray near the edges; along the center are carved shapes and shallow indented marks; the background behind the plank is a neutral light gray.
