Origin: Silesia Province of Silesia, dated 1808. Dimensions: height 19.8 cm, width 7.3 cm, depth 4 cm., A carved wooden panel shows a full-length relief of a standing figure with a rounded head and stylized facial features, curly hair, and a small headpiece. The figure wears a long, detailed dress with a textured upper section suggesting a patterned or feathered texture and a skirt with vertical pleats and horizontal bands. A narrow sash or belt tied at the waist has trailing ends and a small cluster of rounded shapes is held at the waist. Hands are positioned at the front of the skirt. The base of the carving includes a stepped or molded plinth. The panel and carving are various shades of brown with visible wood grain and slightly darker carved recesses. The background around the figure is smooth wood in a similar brown tone with subtle color variations and worn areas.
